Standard Commercial Terms & Logistics
Travel & Disbursements: Base curation fees cover events hosted within Central London or the Strasbourg metropolitan area. Travel to external venues, country estates, or international client offices will be billed at standard mileage rates (45p/mile) or at cost for rail/air transit.
Wine Procurement: To maintain strict quality control and liability standards, Just a Glass acts as the sole procurer for all tasting stock. We do not host events utilizing client-supplied bottles unless functioning in a pure advisory capacity for existing private cellars.
Securing Dates: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure the event date and initiate the premium wine acquisition process. Full terms will be detailed in your formal corporate SLA.
